Beautiful townhouse in Periana

This townhouse is located only a short walk to the center of Periana
and there is sufficient parking space nearby.

Unique about this property is that it has a lot of outside space because
of three terraces located on the ground and first floor. The one on the
ground floor is big enough to make a plunge pool or put a jacuzzi.
A second terrace on the ground floor is ideal to put the washing to dry
as it’s located next to the washing area located in the storage room.
The third is located on the second floor and from there you have
beautiful views over the area.

The ground floor consists out of a hallway with staircase and a storage
area with guest toilet (still to be connected to drainage), a living room,
dining room and open kitchen.

The terrace with possibilities for pool/jacuzzi is accessed through the
living room, the ‘washing terrace’ and storage room can be accessed
through the kitchen.
Upstairs we find a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two more bedrooms,
one with access to the upper terrace. It’s big enough for a nice lounge
and table with BBQ/kitchen area.

We have rarely seen a townhouse as nice as this one for the price it is
marketed for. The owners made sure that it was built to look traditional
but with all modern comforts.
We highly recommend a viewing if you are looking for a townhouse
because apart from the house, Periana is an excellent town to live or
go on holidays. It has bars, restaurants and shops and only half an hour
drive to the coast.
